Urabe (浦部) was the representative mahjong player for the Fujisawa Yakuza group. He and Fake Akagi fought over thirty-two million yen, before he was replaced by the real Akagi. Urabe was the person responsible for raising the stakes so high in the match, so when he was defeated, his hands were brutally mutilated by the Yakuza.
